(Director and lead coach)

I am passionate about providing, supporting and increasing participation in sport for all abilities and disabilities. I enjoy coaching a range of sports and have an extensive range of qualifications, up to level 3 and a 2:1 BA Hons degree in Applied Sports Science and Coaching with Education. I also have an MA with Distinction in Professional Practice, Children Young People and Family Services. There is no better feeling than seeing a child achieve success no matter how big or small that may be. Each child is an individual and it is important that from sport and PE each child not only develops sporting skills but skills for Life.

With over 15 years’ experience in primary education, I hold a BEd (Hons) in Primary Education from the University of Gloucestershire. While my expertise lies in Upper KS2, I have also taught in KS1 to broaden my practice and professional development.
I recently completed the 'Jamie Oliver Ministry of Food Train the Trainer Programme', enabling me to deliver engaging cookery workshops for children and adults, helping to keep vital cooking skills alive in the community.
My specialism is English, alongside a strong interest in art. As an Inclusion Lead, I am passionate about creating supportive yet challenging environments where every child can achieve success across the curriculum and beyond. I enjoy working closely with schools and leading our holiday programmes to inspire, engage, and empower young learners.

SCOTT HAYLER

I hold a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Development, Coaching and Fitness in Sport and an FA Level 2 Football Coaching qualification. Alongside football, I have a wide range of coaching experience across multiple sports and activities.

For me, the best part of coaching is seeing every child leave a session smiling, having not only enjoyed themselves but also developed valuable life skills. I believe every child deserves the chance to express themselves, try new sports, and build confidence—all within sessions that balance fun with meaningful learning.
