Wrap Around Care Job Details

 

Contract Type: Part-time casual (potential to extend for the right candidate)

 

Pay Scale: £12.50 per hour.

 

Work Pattern:  

7:30am – 9:00am / 3:15pm – 5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday / Friday - exact days vary depending on school need (7 hours a week). Potential for more hours during the school day and in the school holidays for the right candidate.

 

Location: Bude, Holsworthy and surrounding areas

 

Start Date: April 2026

 

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our highly successful team. Due to an increase in our work we have a vacancy for a Wrap Around Care Coach to cover provision before and after the school day in Bude, Holsworthy and the surrounding areas.  The role will be for approximately 7 hours per week.  This could increase with the possibility of more hours coaching during the school day and in the school holidays at our Nationally award winning Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme.

 

Essential:

- Hold a minimum of a Level 2 NGB Sports Coaching qualification/ Teaching Assistant/ Childcare qualification or equivalent.

- Experience working with primary age children.

- Hold a Full UK driving license and have your own transport.

 

Desirable:

- Have experience of running After School Clubs or community clubs before.

- Level 2 Food Hygiene

- First Aid training

- Safeguarding training
